Morning Reset Usage Guide
Mix 1 sachet into 250ml of water or more, first thing after waking, on an empty stomach – ideally before your first cup of coffee. This is when electrolytes, L-glutamine, and hibiscus extract can start rebalancing the fluids lost overnight and set you up for the day.

FAQ
Do I still need this if I eat well and drink enough water?
Food and water matter, and Morning Reset isn't a replacement for either. But most people don't hit an ideal electrolyte balance from diet alone every single day — modern water is filtered, produce is grown in mineral-depleted soil, and daily stress, poor sleep, movement, and screen time all quietly draw on your mineral reserves even on days that feel calm. Morning Reset is designed to fill that gap in a precise, ready-to-absorb dose, rather than replace what food already gives you.
Can I use it for hangovers?
Alcohol is dehydrating and depletes electrolytes, so replacing fluids and minerals the next morning is a reasonable thing to do — Morning Reset's sodium, potassium, and magnesium can support that fluid rebalancing. We keep the claim there and don't go further (e.g. we won't say it prevents or cures a hangover), since that's not something we can back with authorized health claims.
How much water should I mix it with?
250ml is our standard recommendation for the intended flavor and mineral concentration. If you prefer a stronger taste, use less water; if you prefer it milder or have a sensitive stomach, use more. Start with 250ml and adjust to what suits you.
How is this different from a regular sports drink or electrolyte tablet?
Morning Reset is formulated with no added sugar, and with sodium levels calibrated for women's typical needs rather than a one-size-fits-all sports formula. Is it safe to drink every day?
Yes, used as directed (1 sachet per day), it's intended for daily use.
