Meal Prep | Ingredients

Directions for Use

Take three capsules before your main meal – ideally 10–15 minutes before eating.

This timing allows the digestive enzymes and botanical actives to activate in sync with your body’s own digestive process, supporting a smoother, lighter post-meal feeling.

Meal Prep is designed for continuous use, with benefits that build over time – from more comfortable digestion to better glucose balance and metabolic rhythm.*

Key Ingredients

Formulated with 9 active ingredients, including premium botanical extracts, trademarked digestive enzymes, and clinically supported nutrients for digestion, metabolism, and glucose balance.*

Unlike standard digestive supplements, Meal Prep is built as a botanical-metabolic system – pairing enzymes with plant actives and trace minerals to help your body process food more efficiently and feel at ease after eating.*

Fabenol® Max (White Kidney Bean Extract)

A premium Phaseolus vulgaris extract that temporarily slows the digestion of complex carbohydrates.

This supports balanced post-meal glucose levels and reduces sudden blood sugar spikes after starchy meals.*

Digestive Enzyme Complex (Amylase, Protease, Lipase)

A clinically studied multi-enzyme blend of amylase, protease and lipase that aids the natural breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

By complementing your body’s own enzymes, DigeZyme® supports efficient digestion and reduces the sense of heaviness after meals.*

Apple Cider Vinegar Powder

A gentle natural acidifier known to support carbohydrate metabolism and digestive pH balance.

It complements enzymatic activity and contributes to overall digestive comfort.*

Cayenne Pepper Extract (Capsicum annuum)

Provides natural thermogenic support, promoting healthy metabolism and circulation.

Cayenne also stimulates digestive secretions and enzyme activity, enhancing nutrient assimilation.*

Ginger Root Extract (Zingiber officinale)

Traditionally used to soothe the digestive tract and promote motility.

Ginger supports bile flow and helps ease sensations of fullness after eating.*

Calcium (as Calcium Phosphate)

Contributes to normal function of digestive enzymes and energy-yielding metabolism.*

Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate)

Supports normal blood glucose levels and macronutrient metabolism — helping stabilize energy after meals.*

Interactions

Can I take Meal Prep with other supplements?

Yes. Meal Prep can be taken alongside other Amíu products, such as Daily Stack.
While Daily Stack focuses on micronutrient balance, Meal Prep targets digestion and glucose control.

If you’re using other supplements containing similar ingredients (enzymes or botanical extracts), it’s best to monitor tolerance and adjust as needed.*

Can I take Meal Prep with another digestive or enzyme supplement?

It’s not necessary, as Meal Prep already contains a complete digestive enzyme complex. Combining multiple enzyme formulas is unlikely to be harmful but may not add benefit.

If you’re under care for a diagnosed digestive condition, please consult your healthcare provider before combining products.*

Can I take Meal Prep if I’m using anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medication?

If you’re taking prescription anticoagulants such as warfarin, heparin, or similar medication, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Meal Prep contains ginger and cayenne, which can have mild natural effects on blood flow.

Although amounts are moderate, they may enhance the effects of blood-thinning medications in sensitive individuals.*
