Refund policy

1. General Provisions

This Refund & Returns Policy governs the conditions under which Customers may return products and receive refunds when purchasing physical goods from UAB “Amiu Group” (hereinafter – the “Seller”).

This Policy forms an integral part of the Seller’s Terms of Service and must be read together with them.


2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products, without providing a reason, subject to the conditions set out below.


3. Conditions for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety requirements, Products may only be returned if:

  • they are unopened

  • they are in their original, undamaged packaging

  • they are unused and suitable for resale

Returns will NOT be accepted if Products have been:

  • opened or used

  • damaged by the Customer

  • deprived of their original packaging

  • contaminated or rendered unsuitable for resale

These conditions do not apply if the Product is defective or incorrectly supplied.


4. Procedure for Returns

To initiate a return, the Customer must:

  1. Notify the Seller by email at hello@tryamiu.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the Products, providing:

    • order number

    • details of the Products to be returned

    • reason for return (optional)

  2. Return the Products no later than 14 calendar days from the date of notification, together with proof of purchase (invoice or payment confirmation).


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except where the Products are defective or supplied incorrectly.

  • If the return is justified due to Seller error, return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller.


6. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days from the date the returned Products are received and inspected.

Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The Seller reserves the right to:

  • refuse a refund, or

  • reduce the refund amount

if the returned Products show signs of use, damage, or deterioration beyond what is necessary to inspect the Product.


7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a Product is:

  • defective

  • damaged on arrival

  • expired

  • or does not match the order

the Customer must notify the Seller at hello@tryamiu.com as soon as possible, providing photos and order details.

Such Products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Lithuanian consumer protection laws.


8. Products Excluded from Returns

The following Products are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • opened food supplements

  • hygiene-sensitive Products once unsealed

  • Products that have lost their commercial appearance


9. Subscription Orders

Products delivered as part of a subscription are subject to the same return rules as one-time orders.
Cancellation of future subscription deliveries does not automatically qualify previously delivered Products for a refund.


10. Refund Method

Refunds are processed:

  • to the original payment method

  • within 14 days after the Products are returned and verified


11. Legal Framework

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation.
