How to use
Daily Stack:
Take one pack daily with food and a full glass of water.
Morning Reset:
1. Open 1 sachet and pour into ~250ml or more of water (adjust the amount to your taste).
2. Stir well or shake in a bottle (white sediment is normal – this is calcium, which dissolves more slowly than the rest of the ingredients).
3. Enjoy in the morning right after waking up, instead of a glass of water. Take it before coffee, on an empty stomach, after exercise, or while travelling.
As with any supplement, consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking any medications. This product contains Vitamin K, which may interfere with anticoagulant medications (such as warfarin). If you are on blood thinners, consult your healthcare provider before use.
