How to use
Morning – Morning Reset: Mix 1 sachet with 250 ml of water. Take 1 sachet daily, ideally before coffee.
Breakfast – Daily Stack: Take 1 pouch (6 capsules) daily with food and a full glass of water.
Main meal – Meal Prep: Take 3 capsules with your main meal and a full glass of water.
